Scope: Complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of this 2,319 SF house and the detached garage which are listed in the National Register of Historic Places as a part of the Charleston Navy Yard Officer’s Quarters Historic District. This shall include all necessary architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building envelope and fire protection improvements and new hardscape improvements to compliment the other recently renovated structures in the area. The facility will be compliant with American Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements.
